Share your brand, product, path (OAK Platform or Special Development), leathers, total quantity per model or platform, quantity per color, target market and timing.

Initial quotation
Initial quotations are in USD, EXW OAK Footwear León, and are subject to validation. Freight, duties and insurance are not included.

Samples
Samples are quoted separately and paid before work begins. Sampling time depends on the project and is confirmed with your quote. For Special Development, samples, engineering and tooling are quoted separately.

Validation and final pricing
OAK Platform: final pricing is confirmed after the sample is completed. Exotic leathers: final pricing is confirmed after species and material validation.

Before production starts
Production is scheduled only after final sample approval, receipt of the down payment, and validation of applicable documentation (required for exotic leathers).

Production
Lead times depend on the program and are confirmed with your quote. Special Development takes longer than OAK Platform and exotic programs.

Shipping
Initial quotations are EXW OAK Footwear León; other Incoterms can be quoted to fit your needs. Freight, documentation and import responsibilities are confirmed according to the agreed terms and destination requirements.

Reorders
Reorders of previously produced styles with identical colors and specifications are evaluated individually. MOQ, pricing and timing depend on quantity and material availability. Qualifying reorders carry no development or setup charges.
What you approve in the sample
Sample review starts with fit, followed by the appearance of the boot against your requested design. Requested changes are evaluated individually; common adjustments include leather shades and finishes. The approved confirmation sample becomes the reference for production and quality checks.

Do you sell stock boots?
Not under OAK, which manufactures private label programs only. If you need fewer pairs than our private label minimums, our own brand ITO offers boots from its special collections starting from a single pair, with special wholesale pricing from 12 pairs.
